All shipping charges will be presented to customers during the check out process based on the shipping option selected by the customer. Customers will be able to switch between different shipping options to see which one satisfies their requirements in terms of cost and speed of delivery before making payment.

SINGAPORE

1) Craft In Vogue Delivery Team

Delivery by Craft In Vogue's delivery team. Chances of lost packages are as good as zero.

Delivery charges are waived for orders totaling SGD$ 100 and above, otherwise the following charges will apply:
SGD$ 3 for orders between SGD$50 and SGD$ 100.
SGD$ 5 for orders below SGD$ 50.

Delivery Time:
While we will endeavour to make delivery by the end of the next Business Day, please allow 1-2 Business Days for delivery.

2.) SingPost Registered Mail

Delivery by Singapore Post postal service is available for orders 1kg and below. Registration ensures delivery to the addressed party.

Delivery charges are waived for orders totaling SGD$ 50 and above, otherwise the following charges will apply:
SGD$ 3 for orders below SGD$ 50.

3) Pick Up From Retail Store @ The Central (Clarke Quay)

Customers may also choose to pick up their orders from our retail store at The Central. We will call you within the same Business Day when your order is ready for collection.

MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, THAILAND, HONG KONG, AUSTRALIA, PHILIPPINES

The following shipping options are available for orders placed from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, Philippines:

Speedpost Air Parcel - 6-14 Business Days

PACKAGING

Normal items will be bubble wrapped while heavy/bulky items will be sponge-wrapped to ensure maximum protection.
