Unfinished order
 

Hi helpdesk/support

I have a previous unfinished order in my account.

I cannot delete it away nor can I edit it, so i am wondering what to do with?

Yes you are right those orders cannot be deleted by the user.

We will clean up the system on a regular basis by purging these unfinished orders. Meanwhile you can safely ignore these orders.

Does it mean that we can safely make another order, without having problems of double ordering?

Hi Enggie

Yes you can go ahead with a fresh order if for some reason you abandoned any earlier orders.

Uncompleted orders will be canceled, no worries.
