This is done using Friendly Plasctic golden strip. Just cut out a retangular shape piece and melt it using heat embossing gun. Even it out and add any embellishment created with shrinking plastic and then then press in a small decorative wire while the plastic still warm.
You are only limited by your own imagination with this friendly plastic  |
