You can redeem your Rewards Points at a rate of 20 Rewards Points equal SGD$1.00! So if you spend SGD$200 at our online store, you will get SGD$10 off your next order!

This is equivalent to you earning 5.0% on each order as a discount on your next!! (Every 20 points = SGD$1.00)

Note that Rewards Points are not redeeemable for cash.

How do I know how many points I have?

1) Log into your account.
2) Your current Points Balance will appear under the Rewards Points menu at the top right corner.

Do I need an account to collect Rewards Points?

1) Yes. In order for us to track how many Rewards Points you have earned and spent, we need you to have an account.
2) You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your Rewards Points.

How do I use my Rewards Points to pay for an order?

1) Log into your account.
2) Add desired items to your cart.
3) Upon checkout, select "Rewards Points" as the payment method.
4) Enter the amount of Reward Points you want to apply to this order.
5) Click "Submit Order".
6) If you do not have enough Rewards Points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method so that you can pay the balance.

How do I know how many points I have earned for an order?

1) Log into your account.
2) Click on "Orders History".
3) Select which order you want to look up.
4) There you will see the Points Earned for this Order.
